After documenting your home’s features and characteristics, we will search the Dayton and/or Cincinnati MLS for current listings and homes that recently sold in your area. Our goal is to develop a list of homes that are comparable to yours in terms of size, number of bedrooms, number of baths, basement (y/n), garage size, etc. within proximity to your neighborhood.
Once we develop the list, we will show those properties that matched our criteria…paying particular attention to listings on the market, how they are priced and how long they have been on the market. Additionally, we will look at properties that sold…comparing the sale price to the original list price and how long they were on the market before selling.
