By in large, today’s home buyers have access to sophisticated online tools that help in the buying process. Many buyers use online sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com and Trulia as the base lead generation tools for selecting available homes for purchase. These sites often provide necessary data on available homes but in some cases, the data provided is not “up to date”.
That’s where we come in…The Culham Group has access to all listings in both the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Dayton MLS. Both MLS tools are significantly more “data intensive” than the online tools and are literally updated minute by minute. Listing status (active, pending, sold, etc.) is critical to all buyers…again, in today’s hot real estate market where new listings can literally be gone the day they are listed, it is imperative to work with a REALTOR® that has access to MLS data.
So doing your homework is in reality, a “team effort”; internet tools can be a benefit but Steve and I can help you close the deal with accurate MLS data.
