Cindy and Steve are very proud to be a part of the dynamic,

Cindy and Steve live in Shaker Run just outside of Lebanon, attend Southbrook Christian Church and enjoy family time with their children and grandchildren. As a Lebanon native, Cindy “knows” Warren County. As a Certified Professional Property Stager (PPS®), she has an “eye” for home decorating as well as a vision of what it takes to transform modestly furnished listings into “showplaces” that bring the seller top dollar and less time on market. Steve grew up in Beavercreek and worked as a firefighter/paramedic in Xenia, Beavercreek and Huber Heights before retiring from Huber Heights in 2001. From his fire service experience, Steve developed an “eye” for building construction and home inspection needs. Additionally, Steve is in the 1% of all realtors in the United States that hold the National Association of Realtors certification as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). As an SRES® agent, Steve partners with seniors and/or families of seniors faced with the sudden decision of having to sell a home and the complex issues and unique situations that often surround such decisions.

Just a note to praise RealeStaged and what you did for the house in Lebanon we recently bought.

As you know, the house had some dated features, such as light fixtures and ceramic tile choices. You brought the focus to what was possible for the spaces, with neutral transitional pieces of furniture and creative accents. For example, in the Delft-tiled kitchen and living room, you added moss green and white accents and we’re doing the same. We’re also positioning furniture in the living room the way you staged it – made the room look sophisticated and function well.
